Staging Consultation • 2 hours • $200

Our first step in working together is a two-hour consultation with the goal of maximizing your home’s appeal for a faster, more profitable sale. Together we’ll walk through the rooms of your home, find the potential in those spaces and the furnishings you already own, and discuss cosmetic recommendations — tailored to your budget — for making your house feel brighter, more spacious and more inviting.

Afterward, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive plan for staging your home so it shines amongst the competition for potential buyers.

From there, you may choose to continue partnering with me to bring that staging plan to life — with additional services outlined below — or take the do-it-yourself route and implement the plan on your own.

Paint Color Consultation • 2 hour minimum • $250

Real estate professionals have long understood the impact of paint colors in homes for sale. The right on-trend colors can bring multiple offers in the first week, while the wrong dated colors can result in a property that languishes on the market for many months. This is a one-time service, specifying the perfect paint palette for your home that you can implement with a few gallons of paint.

Home Organization • 3 hour minimum • $150

We often don’t realize how much “stuff” we’ve accumulated over the years until we are faced with moving out of our house. Using my 4-Step Organization process, I can work with you to determine, room by room, what items you’d like to donate, sell, and store, and what is truly time to trash.

Accessory Shopping • 2 hour minimum • $150

Additional decorative accessories may be needed to supplement what you already have to show off your home to its full potential. If shopping distresses you or you just don’t have the time, I can shop either with you or for you for those pieces, sourcing the best items at the most reasonable prices. Whenever possible, I’ll pass along designer discounts to you to maximize your cost savings.

Occupied Home Staging • 4 hour minimum • $100/hour

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with the thought of preparing your home to sell, let’s keep working together to make your Birch Hill Interiors staging plan a reality. I can configure your furniture and accessories to accentuate your home’s best features. Using design principles, I’ll enhance the flow, function, and feel of each space. After your staging day, your home will photograph beautifully for your online listing and be a “must-see” for buyers.
