Partner With A Stager!

In my February blog I talked about decluttering, and in March,
my topic was all about cleaning. Last month I shared a lot of tips
for sprucing up your front yard.

Now it’s May when the new baby leaves start to unfurl on trees. If you take the time to look up and notice, you’ll find a chartreuse sea of texture above you! It’s beautiful and feels so fresh, but it doesn’t last long so take it all in!

This is also the time when snow changes to rain, road construction crews are out in full force, and real estate “for sale” signs are popping up on every street!

Summer in Minnesota is short, and we all want to be outside as much as we can! But, if you’re selling your house, you may feel like you’ll be imprisoned inside, getting your house ready and then dreadfully waiting until it finally sells. Not so!
By working with a home stager, you’ll have a partner who will be able to view your home objectively, as a potential buyer would.

A stager will recommend ways to appeal to the greatest number of people so that your home will sell quickly and for more money.

And how do stagers appeal to the most buyers? We are a trained group of really helpful people who use design principles to emphasize the great features in your home. Stagers maximize pieces that you already own and suggest repairs or updates that fit within your budget and provide
the greatest return on investment.

And we may suggest additional inexpensive items that will move potential buyers to emotionally connect with your house so it
works for them in their head but also feels right in their heart.

Because of HGTV, potential buyers are savvier than ever, so you must present your home in it’s very best light. Buyers shop online first, so it’s important that your online photos really shine so that they’ll visit in person!

The cost that you will invest in partnering with a home stager will be minimal compared to the benefits of having your house receive larger offers and spend less time on the market.

So now you know, staging is absolutely necessary. And it’s easy. All it takes is a simple phone call to schedule a consultation. Afterward, most stagers provide a detailed, written staging plan customized to your home that you can either implement yourself or you can continue to partner on with a stager to bring that plan to life.

On my website, please click on “Services” and then on “Home Staging Services” in the drop-down menu to read about all of the ways I can partner with you to sell your home so you can get outside and enjoy your summer!
